This project was part of coursework I carried out at Stanford for a class entitled Sustainability Design Thinking (CEE 176G).
My teammate and I framed the sustainability problem of housing in cities as an issue for constructors in the ability to respond to swinging surges of demand. In order to tackle that, we created this elegant modular builiding prototype which takes inspiration from university dorms (to promote sociability) and also harnesses sustainable sources of energy, such as solar and wind.
